WWE RAW Results (9/17) – NOC Fallout, Tag Title Rematch, More Referee Controversy in Main Event

Brodus Clay vs Heath Slater

Slater shoves Brodus and talks some trash, but Brodus throws him in the corner and hits him until Slater takes a cheap shot at him. Slater connects with a running kick and follows with a front facelock, then Brodus counters by throwing him across the ring. Brodus knocks him down and whips him in the corner, then Antonio Cesaro (at commentary) jumps on the apron to cause a distraction. Slater surprises him with an inverted neckbreaker for a near fall, then he goes up top but Brodus headbutts him and hits a Funk It Splash for the win.

Winner – Brodus Clay

The Miz comes out and says he beat the odds last night, and he got a talk show called 'Miz TV' that is the most must see show WWE has ever seen. He says he proved his greatness by beating three Superstars, and he wants to welcome the man who tried staking the deck against him, Booker T. Miz says this must be the greatest moment of Booker's career, and he wants to know why Booker is so against him. He says Booker tries to make him lose because Booker misses the spotlight, and Miz says his time is over but Booker takes the mic and says he likes to talk. Booker says he should get a new guest for his show, and this guy is also used to beating multiple opponents, and he introduces Ryback. Miz jumps out of the ring when he gets to the ring, but Ryback destroys the Miz TV set and throws a couch as Miz as he runs away.

CM Punk and Paul Heyman are shown talking backstage when Josh Mathews walks over and asks if he has any thoughts about his match tonight. Punk says he is not looking forward to it, because he walked out of Boston with his title and he still isn't getting any respect. He says he doesn't know what he has to do to get it, then he slaps the mic away and walks away with Heyman.
