Update On Location of Wrestlemania 30, Jim Ross To Be Honored

Josh Isenberg

Jim RossRajah.com has posted an update on Wrestlemania 30's location:

With Wrestlemania 29 at MetLife Stadium in the New York/New Jersey area, many are speculating where Wrestlemania 30 will be. History shows you that it will be held in Madison Square Garden since Wrestlemania has held it there for 1, 10, and 20. This will break a trend of seven straight years in a large venue. The last time Wrestlemania was held in a smaller venue was at Wrestlemania 22 in Chicago.

There was other discussions of having the new stadium in Dallas hold the event, and even rumors of potentially heading to the west coast. It is being believed that Madison Square Garden is the current favorite as of right now. Those plans could obviously change.

Ross Honored in October

– Jim Ross will be honored in his hometown of Oklahoma on October 1st as a part of "Jim Ross Appreciation Night." This is to drive ticket sales in that area, as Ross is a huge part of that state in many ways.
