In the WWE SummerSlam pre-show broadcast on YouTube, Facebook and WWE.com, Santino Marella defended his United States Championship against Antonio Cesaro.
At one point, Cesaro stole and destroyed the "cobra" that Santino uses for his finishing manuever, but the defending Champ pulled a back-up out of his tights! In the end, Aksana was able to distract Santino long enough for Cesaro to hit his finisher, becoming the new WWE United States Champion!
