Madison Rayne defeated Miss Tessmacher during tonight's TNA Hardcore Justice PPV to become the new Knockouts' Champion.
To further Rayne's storyline with TNA official Earl Hebner, Tessmacher managed to reach the bottom ring rope while being rolled up, but Hebner counted the three anyways.
