Update: Former World Champ Making Progress in WWE Return

Mark HenryFormer WWE World Champion Mark Henry is said to be in good spirits despite being sidelined earlier this year with a shoulder injury that has kept him off TV for quite sometime. Mark Henry has dropped a considerable amount of weight, now down to 404 pounds, and his goal is to drop to 375 pounds before his return to the WWE.

Henry was on quite a roll before the injury, as he became champion in 2011 when beating Randy Orton. Henry has been vocal about coming back for another run, and has not announced any real intentions of retiring because of this injury. Henry has been overseas for the WWE doing promotional work.
