WZ has learned that Chris Sabin was injured last night during the X-Division title match involving Sabin, Austin Aries and Zema Ion.
Sabin reportedly injured his left knee in the match. It isn't yet known what kind of long-term affect this is going to have on him, but sources backstage are saying Sabin seemed to know the injury was severe.
ProWrestling.net is also reporting that according to a source, the injury "doesn't look good."
Sabin recently underwent reconstructive surgery on his right knee prior to his return to TNA Impact wrestling.
