Last night at Ring of Honor's "Border Wars" iPPV, which experienced severe technical difficulty, both the ROH World Title and the ROH Tag Team Titles changed hands. "Wrestling's Worst Nightmare" Kevin Steen pinned Davey Richards to win the ROH World title with a package piledriver, while Charlie Haas and Shelton Benjamin reclaimed the Tag belts from The Briscoes.
