WWE.com has updated Triple H's storyline "injury", saying that "the WWE COO will require surgery". It may be safe to say that Lesnar and Triple H will not wrestle at Over the Limit, but considering the Game's somewhat miraculous recoveries in the past (ie: fractured vertebrae in 2011), don't rule out a return in time for WWE's No Way Out PPV in June.
