Devon and Pope make their way out to the ring and Devon tells Crimson and Matt Morgan to come out before they get started. The champs come out and Devon says he wanted them out there so he could congratulate them, because they went from beating the hell out of each other to beating Mexican America. He says he was part of one of the best tag teams, so he happens to know about winning and beating some of the best teams there are, so both of them can become legends because they have what it takes. Devon tells them they need to understand that he and Pope and expecting them to bring their best, and he doesn't want to hear any excuses when it is all over.

Devon says Christy Hemme will be announcing them as new champions, and he doesn't mean any disrespect but he needs to say "oh my brother, testify!" Devon's music starts to play but Pope tells them to stop because they agree on alot of things, and they think Crimson and Morgan are two dumb honkies. Devon tries to stop him but Pope tells him he has this, and it's not about the number of title reigns but it's about the money, so he will do whatever it takes to win. Pope says he has spoken and goes to leave, but Morgan pulls him back in and starts a brawl, then Devon and Crimson fight to the back as Pope low blows Morgan. He calls Devon's sons into the ring and they look worried, but end up hitting Morgan until he gets up and chases the three of them out of the ring.
