HHH leaves and Christian tells them to cut the music, and he will earn back respect, and he will beat Orton on Sunday. He says before that, he is going to beat whoever his opponent is tonight. HHH says he is glad he feels that way, because his opponent is Sheamus!
Sheamus vs Christian
Sheamus starts pounding Christian with kicks and whips him off the ropes, then runs at Christian but he gets dumped over the top rope. Christian takes him back in the ring and kicks him then stretches him arm across the rope and kicks him in the corner. Sheamus whips Christian across the ring and goes for a shoulder blcok but Christian moves and Sheamus hits the ringpost. He works on Sheamus' shoulder and kicks him off the ropes but Sheamus hits him in defense and both guys and down.
They get to their feet and Sheamus hits some clotheslines, ducks Christian in the corner and hits a shoulder breaker for a two count. Christian gets up and attempts a Killswitch but Sheamus fights out and ducks Christian jumping off the top rope. Sheamus attempt a powerbomb but Christian sweeps the feet and goes to the ropes, but Sheamus pounds his chest in the ropes and kicks him from the apron. Sheamus jumps off the top rope then signals for the Brogue Kick, but Christian rolls out of the ring and grabs his belt and tries to leave.
Sheamus stops him and tries for the Iron Cross, but Christian floats over the ropes and drops Sheamus throat first on the top rope. Christian once again grabs his title and makes his way to the back as the ref starts his count. He reaches ten as Christian gets to the top of the stage and Sheamus tells him he was so close to getting beat.
