Backstage, Austin Aries tells So Cal Val that he just needed an opportunity and that’s what he now has. He says he’s not a vanilla midget. He explains that his opponents are good, but not great like he is.
Eric Young & Shark Boy vs. Generation Me
Generation Me are working as the heels in this match. Young and Shark Boy do a number of different comedic spots early on. Young is in the ring controlling the offense for the most part. Shark Boy ends up hitting the Stunner and Young finishes off Max Buck with a wheel barrow into a neckbreaker for the pinfall victory.

Backstage, Daniels is talking with some crew members when AJ Styles walks up. They exchange some kind words and then shake hands. Styles jokingly tells Daniels not to mess up too badly.
Backstage: So Cal Val Interviews Zema Ion
Backstage, So Cal Val is with Zema Ion. Ion says he has his "eye on" a TNA contract. He claims to be honored to be in the ring with these three opponents. He says no one believes he has a chance, but he’s going to prove himself tonight.
