After The Match: The Attack Continues

After the match, Henry goes to the floor and grabs a chair. He comes back in the ring with the chair as Show is still laid out. Henry opens the metal folding chair up and places Big Show’s leg inside of it. Henry climbs to the middle rope backwards and hits the Vader-splash onto the chair with Show’s leg inside it. Show freaks out like his leg is broken. The EMTs attend to Big Show. A stretcher is brought out. For the second time in three matches it looks like someone is going to be stretchered out. Show can be overheard saying, “I’m serious, I think he broke my foot.” Another random “CM Punk” chant breaks out as Show is taken to the back.

Backstage: Josh Matthews Interviews Vince McMahon

Backstage we see Vince McMahon talking to Johnny Ace. Josh Matthews comes in and asks McMahon if he re-signed CM Punk. McMahon says “no” as he has a look of disappointment on his face. He says for the record, Punk is the biggest ingrate he’s ever dealt with in his life. He says he offered Punk the best contract he’s ever offered anyone and Punk turned him down. McMahon tells the Punk fans not to blame him because he did everything he could to re-sign him. Matthews asks what Punk said. McMahon says he pointed to the door and said “get out.” McMahon angrily says Punk had the nerve to say that to him. McMahon blames it all on John Cena. McMahon says if CM Punk leaves the building with the title tonight, may god have mercy on John Cena’s soul.
