New Article Chronicles Hogan’s Past Drug Use Accusations

Hulk HoganIn light of Ultimate Warrior’s current war of words with Hulk Hogan, Rick Rockwell of Examiner.com has posted a new article taking a look at past instances when TNA star Hulk Hogan has been accused of drug use, including specific citing of cocaine use during periods throughout his pro wrestling career. Below are some excerpts from the article:

"Accusing Hogan of abusing cocaine is not surprising. Hogan admitted in a 1994 court appearance that he took steroids since 1976. Hogan received immunity for his testimony and was not charged for admitting to using an illegal drug."

"…there’s also a long history of other wrestlers claiming that Hogan used other drugs as well. According to a 1992 article in People magazine, former WWF wrestler David Schults shed some light on Hogan’s use of  steroids. "I injected him well over 100 times. I regularly gave him shots in the triceps [back of the arms], where he couldn’t reach himself, and also a few times in the butt."

"In the same article, former wrestlers Moondog Rex and Billy Jack Haynes publicly stated that Hogan did cocaine and other drugs in addition to Steroids."

"Me and Hogan ran around together. He was real bold about the steroid use. And he also did Placidyl [a sleeping capsule], Quaaludes, cocaine." said Moondog Rex." Be sure to click on the above link to read the entire article.
