TNA/Billy Gunn Update; A-Train’s Future Without WWE, More

Credit: Wrestling Observer Newsletter

– A-Train, who was released from WWE not too long ago, was released at a very bad time if he is looking for new work. Normally, All Japan Pro Wrestling would most likely pick him up, however right now the company cannot afford to bring in any new wrestlers. Pro Wrestling NOAH might be interested, however they just added Rick Steiner and Mike Awesome to their roster, and most likely wont be looking to bring in another foreigner.

– While most think that it’s a no brainer that TNA will use Billy Gunn, that may not be the case. WWE owns the names Billy Gun as well as Mr. Ass. That means that Gunn would have to go under a new name, which would take away his name value.
