Brock Lesnar’s no-compete clause reportedly expires in March 2005, meaning WWE will have to act by WrestleMania if they want to be sure Lesnar won’t sign with TNA or a Japanese/MMA company. As of yet, everything reported has been confirmed: Lesnar has expressed interest in returning to WWE, but the company, out of resentment of sorts, is not showing any interest in bringing the former champion back.
For clarification purposes, Buff Bagwell and Lex Luger are not in talks to return to WWE. They did visit a recent WWE show but were just there to visit friends. Even if they are intending to break back into the company, which is not believed by inside sources, WWE has no interest in the two.
