WWE’s Superbowl Show, SmackDown!, HHH Injury; & More

– Smackdown did an overnight rating of 2.8 last night.

– WWE has scheduled their first ever Super Bowl day “Super Show” for February 6th at the Sullivan Arena in Achorage, Alaska. The show will feature action from BOTH brands, making it the first ever co-branded house show. WWE will be doing this show following its tour of Japan.

– Triple H was spotted limping at the RAW brand House Show in El Paso, Texas Wednesday night following his match with Randy Orton. It doesn’t appear the injury is serious at this time.

– The newest WWE full-time road agent, Ricky Steamboat, has suggested to bring in former ROH champion, Samoa Joe. Steamboat has observed Samoa Joe closely and has already put in a good word for him. Steamboat doesn’t have much pull in the WWE right now since he’s still new, but Mick Foley has also been suggesting Joe to the WWE. Foley recently took part of an angle with Samoa Joe in ROH and is reportedly a big fan of his.
