» After leaving Orpington having to find himself a partner for his next return, Best of British: High Flyers winner Aviv Maayan has spent the best part of this week making connections with old friends and contacts.
Even though the young Welshman has only been in the business for a short period of time, his tremendous abilities have seen that he has been paired with some of the very best talents in the past 12 months, as well as working on the same bill as many foreign talents. All signs point to America and Canada now, for Maayan’s intenational tag partner.
With Aviv and Sexxxy Eddy in contact, as well as Maayan and many IWA:MS, RoH and CZW stars, plus his new links to NOAH as he challenges Kotaro Suzuki (as Tiger Emperor) earlier in March, the possibilities look to be endless – but who will honestly take up the challenge of having to fly across the waters for hours to take on the daunting duo of German upstart ‘New Superstar’ Stevie Douglas and the force that is Super Dragon?
» Emails sent out from IPW:UK today indicate that there is to be a huge (and somewhat drawn-out) stipulation on the Tornado Tag match at Return of the Dragon that will shape the future of all four competitors not only in England, but in some cases, internationally as well.
» After officially going on sale last Sunday at Best of British 1, tickets to IPW:UK’s next feature presentation, ‘Return of the Dragon’, on March 20th 2005 are now on sale. Since going on sale, almost 50% of all front row tickets have been purchased and as such are now looking likely to sell out fairly soon. And do not forget, if you are going up to the Wrestling Channel’s super-show in Coventry the day before via the official Sanjay Bagga bus trip, you can receive 50% off of your General Admission ticket for Return of the Dragon!
» In addition to our next show tickets on sale, IPW:UK can also announce that the Show 2! DVD is now online for purchase. Copies are limited, and once both Extreme Measures and Show 2! are out of stock, it will be weeks until they are re-stocked. The Show 2! DVD, mastered and produced by Black Sheep Productions, is the first in a hopefully long line of broadcast quality DVD’s from IPW:UK and isn’t one to be missed.
