Matt Hardy Not At RAW, More On Heyman; Backstage News

As noted earlier today, Paul Heyman was at WWE offices within the last few weeks in Stamford, CT meeting with World Wrestling Entertainment officials. According to a source close to the situation, Heyman was pitching ideas for the ECW PPV and made the suggestion of contacting TNA stars/

The venue that WWE ran this past Saturday in Danbury, CT, the O’Neil Center, for a SmackDown brand House Show was a regular stop for ECW in the past and was actually the site for the company’s “Living Dangeriously” PPV in 2000.

Hulk Hogan would be appearing on MTV’s new show “Damage Control” this season on Sunday night in the Sunday Stew lineup. Steve Austin will also be appearing on an episode of “Punk’d” this season as well.

For those wondering, at last check, Matt Hardy was NOT at RAW.

Randy Orton has been pulled from all house shows following WrestleMania and has been replaced by The Hurricane. It appears as if he’ll be taking some time off or will be a part of the draft. We’re not sure.
