SmackDown, which was preempted in Philadelphia on Thursday due to Phillies baseball, was supposed to air today at 5 p.m. The Phils got rained out last night and play a doubleheader starting at 5 p.m. WWE SmackDown will now air in Philly on channel 57 tomorrow night at 6 p.m.

On WWE.com, they have a small section on their site dedicated to their Spanish audience called WWE en Espanol. It’s mostly Carlos Cabrera and Hugo Savinovich answering fan mail, and doing a video recap of the week in WWE every week. I was checking it out today, and they mentioned that WWE RAW will be going to San Juan, Puerto Rico on August 26th at the Coliseo De Puerto Rico Jose Miguel Agrelot. Tickets go on sale July 9th.

I just watched SmackDown over here in the UK and they edited the Kurt Angle bout to remove him attacking Sharmel before the commercial break. And, all the ECW ads were removed (they just showed the generic one with Paul Heyman voiceover).

I just got back from the Royals/Rangers game at the K and Booker T threw out the first pitch. He also was in a fast pitch competition with some little kid between innings. Booker threw a 34 mph pitch and the kid threw a 48 mph pitch.
