UK Wrestling Fan Convention Announced For July 17th 2005

» Just added to the UK Fan Convention on Sunday 17th July, from the Orpington Halls, Orpington, Kent, starting at midday, will be a special ‘Magic Session’ with John Atkins. More details as we get them…

» Also featured will be a special limited admission Q&A with Harry Smith in the small hall. This will be your only chance to ask questions direct to Harry Smith. He will be selling merchandise, signing autographs, and posing for Polaroid pictures (£5 signed and in your hand within 60 seconds).

» In the ring there will be one match per hour, all with 30 minute time limits. The first people confirmed for the convention card are The Kartel, consisting of Sha Samuels and Terry Frazier. Hailing from East London, this athletic tag team have broadened their horizons in the past 18 months, and are now looking to break into IPW:UK.

Having narrowly missed the seeding for the Weekend of Champions Tag Team Championship tournament, The Kartel will face one of the teams that did make the cut in the tournament. Should this team progress through night 1, they will be at a distinct early advantage, having worked one extra match that day already.
