In an interview with the LilsBoys, John Cena spoke about the draft and his recent jump to RAW. He noted the fact that the plan to “secretly” drive him into the arena almost backfired as he arrived literally moments before his interview with Chris Jericho.
Additionally, he also claims that he didn’t learn of his move until the WWE Travel Department gave him his itinerary. Kurt Angle reportedly knew about his jump to RAW for quite a while, so it’s not known if Cena is being honest or if he’s trying to hype the “surprise” nature of the draft.
