A.J. Styles had to pull out of the Ted Petty Invitational tournament this weekend due to strep throat. He’s an influential part of Tuesday’s TNA tapings, including the first match on the first Spike TV show against Roderick Strong. It should be noted that Styles was also on the first ever TNA match ever, on the innagural NWA: Total Nonstop Action weekly pay-per view a few years ago.

More and more speculation builds as to whether or not WWE will mention in some fashion the move to USA Network specifically on the air tomorrow night, their final RAW broadcast with Spike TV. They are legally not allowed to, and haven’t yet, but since the show is live many are expecting it. The announcement that Vince McMahon will appear live on the show only added fuel to the fire of the rumor.

WWE announced a blockbuster co main-event for this week’s RAW, the final on Spike, featuring the EARLY return of one of the legends confirmed for “WWE Homecoming” next week on USA Network. Click here to read more on that.
