There are legal reasons as to why TNA keeps using the names Paul Levesque and Michael Hickenbottom instead of Triple H and Shawn Michaels. The James Gang (now known as VKM) has been told that they can use Vince McMahon’s name because that is a real name, but not Triple H’s nor Shawn Michaels’ name because those are trademarked names.
