WWE hall of famer “Rowdy” Roddy Piper was a guest on Mark Madden’s radio show in Pittburgh a few weeks ago. Piper said his cancer is in the early stages and expects to beat it, and then take on Vince McMahon at Wrestlemania in a retirement match. Didn’t Piper already have a retirement match at Wrestlemania? Piper said he didn’t want to be voted as Ric Flair partner’s at Cyber Sunday in the tag team title match, nor was in shape to wrestle at the event. Piper also said he is doing five days a week of chemotherapy.
