Arizona Attorney General’s Office Civil Rights Division has accepted the case of “Superstar” Billy Graham (Wayne Coleman) against the Phoenix Art Museum. During a recent visit to the museum, Graham wasn’t allowed to enter the premises in his wheelchair and the museum wanted him to use a different wheelchair. Graham was suing based on discrimination against him over a physical disability.
