Rene Dupree was fired due to failing the much maligned WWE wellness policy. Dupree had recently completed a 60-day drug rehab treatment. He has also abused somas during his time with Ohio Valley Wrestling.

The Smackdown! and ECW brands started their three day tour in the Far East and Down Under Friday. Kicking off the tour was a show at the Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand last night followed by a show at the Singapore Indoor Stadium in Singapore today and then another live event in in Perth, Australia at the Burswood Dome on Sunday. They will be coming back to the United States immediately after the Australia show. Somebody’s gonna be suffering from some jetlag! (thanks to Colin Vassallo)
