WWE has announced on their website that Steve Austin would be returning to the company at Saturday Night’s Main Event this Saturday night at 11:30 p.m. Eastern (10:30 p.m. Central) on NBC. One of the big reasons in bringing Austin in for the show was to help promote the release of “The Condemned” DVD on September 18. The goal is to try and recoup some of the losses from the theatrical release earlier this year that completely bombed.
There are rumblings that Paul Heyman’s WWE contract has expired or will be expiring soon. Heyman is currently working on movie scripts.
