Intercontinental Championship:
Jeff Hardy over Umaga.
Maria & Santino shown in the back. Santino got Maria a rematch with Beth Phoenix. He says that he first wants to get something off his chest and then he will be their to support her during the match.
Melina shown in the back whispering to William Regal about a “meeting” that she had with Mr. McMahon in July. He tells her that that was disgusting. Stephanie McMahon shows up and raises her hand to slap Melina but she stops. Melina turns and Linda is there and she slaps her!
Maria & Santino come out. He runs his mouth for a while. Sandman ends up coming out and knocking him one with his cane. They leave up the ramp.
Beth Phoenix over Maria. Very quick. After the match, Beth announces that she is cashing in her Women’s title shot at Unforgiven and wants to show Candice again how she gets the job done. She slams Maria again and Candice runs out to make the save but she hesitates and instead just tends to Maria.
Regal comes out to introduce Randy Orton, who joins us via satellite. Orton says that Cena brought this on himself. Regal confirms that their will indeed be a rematch between Orton & Cena at Unforgiven for the Title. Cena comes out, slowly makes his way to the ring, and then beats down Regal!
Cade & Murdoch came out for commentary. Brian Kendrick & Paul London over Shelton Benjamin & Charlie Haas. Cade & Murdoch shake their hands after the match.
Vince is shown in the back with his three lawyers. One suggests a settlement. Vince fires him! He says that he wants them to suffer.
Mixed Tag:
Cody Rhodes & Mickie James over Daivari & Jillian Hall. Jillian & Daivari sing Summer Nights before the match!
Handicap Match:
Triple H over Umaga & Carlito via DQ. After the match, HHH attacked Umaga with a chair and then a sledgehammer!
Vince comes out with his lawyers and says that his family just wants his money. Linda comes out and says that she doesn’t need his money because she is the CEO. But, she could take him to court and take everything he has if she wanted to. Stephanie came out. Vince said that she is his little girl. He says to roll the clip called “A Father’s Love” that he put together. They instead show clips from when he & Steph had a match. Vince gets pissed! They show HHH on the screen saying that he had nothing to do with it. Stephanie tells him that he is sick and that he should step down as Chairman.
Shane comes out. He says that their are two Vince’s: loving caring father and egomaniacal, etc.
Vince confesses that all of the affairs that he has shown were made up to build his ego. He says that he really only cheated once.
Mr. Kennedy comes out. He says his last name is Vince’s middle name for a reason. Steph says he’s a bastard, but not Vince’s. Kennedy says he is Vince’s son. “Mr. Kennedy….Kennedy….McMahon!
A guy comes out and says that he represents the real son’s mother and that DNA tests confirm that it’s not Kennedy. THEN the guy forgets his lines and pulls out a paper! He says that he will reveal the real son next week on RAW.
The cameras die for a second as TV ends and Vince orders everyone out of his ring except Kennedy. He says that since he wants a piece of him, he’s going to give him a lunatic.
