Trish Stratus News, Val Venis Injury Update, Loads More

Former WWE Diva Trish Stratus will take place in the Canadian Football League Grey Cup festivities today in Toronto. She will present the Rookie of the Year award and will be the host of the Maxim Players Party at the CN Tower tomorrow.

Harrison Norris (a/k/a Hard Body Harrison) was found guilty of conspiracy, peonage, witness tampering, obstruction of justice, aggravated sexual assault, forced labor and sex trafficking by a jury yesterday and will be sentenced on February 28th. Norris faces a life sentence.

WWE veteran superstar Val Venis is still out of action recovering from elbow surgery that he had on November 9th.

Tough Enough finalist Ryan Reeves returned to Ohio Valley Wrestling last week in attempt to get a developmental deal. Reeves was signed to a developmental contract with WWE but failed a Wellness test and was suspended. The company released him shortly after. Reeves had been working as a tag team with Jon Bolin as they were known as the tag team High Dosage. Reevesâ<80><99> claim to fame was in 2004 when he was a Tough Enough finalist.
