— Mellon Arena sent out an email today promoting WWE Armageddon which will be held at the venue on Sunday, December 16th with a start time of 7:45 p.m. EST. The email promotes the newly added WWE Championship Match featuring the return of Chris Jericho vs. WWE Champion Randy Orton! Tickets are still on sale at all TicketMaster locations.
— Russell Simpson is gone from Ohio Valley Wrestling. He only worked a few matches which were several weeks ago. He previously worked in Japan and did some enhancement work on television.
— WWE is said to be on the upward swing of things with the quality of writing improving and the returns of Triple H, Shawn Michaels, Chris Jericho, Edge, Undertaker, and Ric Flair. They are also negotiating with at least one more individual for a major return.
