TNA has sent their mobile subscribers a text message last night saying to expect an announcement in the near future on house shows in the UK and New York. As a reminder, the company is running NYC and Elmira on February 22nd, and February 23rd respectively.
Speaking of that Elmira show, if you remember we reported earlier that TNA went to the WWE event there a few days ago to hand out flyers. To top that off, the arena made an announcement that the next time WWE is in town is in late February. Basically, they plugged TNA’s show to the live audience in a mix-up situation.
WZR IS BACK TONIGHT: Rob Van Dam and Leticia Cline will be the guests on the return edition of WrestleZone Radio tonight from 7-9 PM EST. I (Ryan Clark) will be on the show on a weekly basis as well to run down all the latest news and rumors. This is going to be a lot of fun each week and the fan response to the show returning has been amazing already. The show used to be the biggest online wrestling radio show back in its heyday and will almost surely take that spot once again with the amount of promotion we will be giving it. As noted earlier here on the site, Ron “The Truth” Killings told people at an independent show that he will be signing with WWE, accepting the company’s $80,000 downside guarantee.
