Mick Foley Retiring At The End Of ’08?, More Backstage News

There is talk that 2008 could be Mick Foleyâ<80><99>s last year as a professional wrestler. Foley had even talked about his recent match with Jonathan Coachman on an episode of RAW as to being his last match on television; however, he ended up working with Hornswoggle last week on RAW. From everything that we have heard there are plans to use Mick Foley up until WrestleMania, perhaps being his final run.

Foley originally retired from the ring in 2000 with the idea that he would make one or two special appearances each year. As the years have went by those appearances have been much more often although many close to Foley say that he is to the point both physically and mentally where retirement is becoming a very realistic option.

For those that have asked, Torrie Wilson is still out dealing with back problems. Apparently her back is healing very slowly as Torrie noted in her blog a couple of weeks ago that her problems were getting worse, not better.
