‘Cena Advertised For ‘Mania, 4-Hour PPV Event Confirmed



PPV distributor iNDEMAND has posted an updated preview for WrestleMania 24. Aside from being the centerpiece of the WrestleMania 24 PPV poster, John Cena is also the first name listed in their synopsis for the event: “WrestleMania 24, the biggest pay-per-view spectacular of the year, invades the Citrus Bowl in Orlando, FL. Tune in to see John Cena, Triple H, Chris Jericho, Randy Orton, Batista, Undertaker, Edge, Rey Mysterio, Ric Flair, Jeff Hardy, Shawn Michaels, and all your favorite Superstars clash in epic battles. Go to WrestleMania.com for more.” WWE is continuing the tradition that WrestleMania will be a 4 hour show.

Jim Ross announced on his official web site that he has reached a deal on a new contract between him and WWE. Here is the full announcement: A new, two year contract has been signed between Jim Ross and World Wrestling Entertainment. Ross, a 34 year veteran of pro wrestling/sports entertainment, is a member of the WWE Hall of Fame and has been with the company since debuting at Wrestlemania 9 in 1993. Ross and his fellow WWE Hall of Fame partner, Jerry âthe King❠Lawler, comprise the broadcast team on the WWEâs longest running, flagship broadcast, âMonday Night Raw❠which airs live on the USA Cable Network every Monday night at 9/8 central time and globally in over 100 countries. No other details on the terms of the contract have been released.
