More On TNA Creative Changes, iMPACT!, Knockouts

TNA will release a DVD on their recent Global iMPACT! special. The project will feature all six matches between TNA and New Japan talent at the Tokyo Dome. It will also show footage of TNA stars in Japan as well as an interview with Jeff Jarrett.

Speaking of the TNA Global iMPACT! special, Mike Johnson is reporting that there has been talk of moving the direction of booking in the company towards something more serious that focuses on the competition and athletic personalities of their talent.

As I noted earlier here on the site, with the recent success of TNAâs women division, there has been talk within TNA about giving the Knockouts their own hour of television on a separate broadcast, reports Mike Johnson. Apparently the company has been talking with Spike TV officials for nearly two months and they are beginning to get series. If the company were to do it, there has been talk of taping the series on Sundays of the iMPACT taping weeks from Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida.
