WWE is conducting a marketing survey for a new company tag line, such as “The New Generation,” “The Attitude Era,” and “What the World is Watching.” Different names being considered are “Let Us Entertain You,” “It’s On,” “Where the story never ends,” “Real Entertainment,” “The Ultimate Thrill Ride,” and “It’s Unreal.”

WWE is being sued by game developer White Wolf in Atlanta, GA for gimmick infringement. White Wolf created the name Gangrel for a Vampire character for a game developed by the company. WWE and White Wolf came to a quick and amicable resolution when David Heath introduced the Gangrel character on WWE television. The license expired in 2003. WWE refused to renew the deal but still used David Heath as Gangrel several times since.
