Major WWE Travel Issues This Weekend, Batista Misses Show

From Travis Holm: At the one minute warning of of the second half of the San Jose SaberCats-Arizona Rattlers game from the HP Pavillion from San Jose, California, Arizona attempted an onside kick and during the attempt, John Cena’s “My Time is Now” was playing in the background.

WWE was hit hard with travel problems yesterday. Batista missed the house show in Alexandria, Louisiana and many other wrestlers got to the show late due to problems with a flight out of Atlanta. The problems stemmed from an issue at the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport due to a Tornado that tore through the city on Friday night. To buy time while the talent got to the show, heels were told to go out and rile up the crowd. The opening match, CM Punk vs. Chavo Guerrero, was also heavily extended and went over 35 minutes long.
