Matt Hardy Comments On Jeff’s Fire, Larry King/WWE Update

Ryan Clark

Matt Hardy has posted a new blog on his MySpace page detailing the entire night of witnessing his brother Jeff’s house burning down. Matt wrote that he initially feared that Jeff and his girlfriend Beth were in the house but actually they were at Shannon Moore’s tattoo shop and Jeff was getting one of his tattoos filled in. Matt told a heart wrenching story about finally getting a hold of Jeff only to tell him of the bad news that his dog Jack was lost in the fire.

Matt noted that the fire was believed to have been caused by electrical wiring inside of the home. He wrote that Jeff and Beth are currently living with him and that Jeff is currently sick from being so stressed out and that he needs everyone’s help now more than ever. If you would like to send clothing (for Beth or Jeff), wrestling memorabilia, or anything else to help Jeff and Beth, Matt gave the following address for people to send stuff too: Jeff Hardy c/o Matt Hardy, P.O. Box 713, Vass, NC 28394

CNN has rescheduled the episode of Larry King Live featuring Vince McMahon, Triple H, John Cena, Chris Jericho, Big Show, and Floyd Mayweather as guests for next Thursday, March 27, 2008 at 9 PM Eastern. Given that the show has already been bumped from the schedule twice, I wouldnâ<80><99>t get my hopes up that it will actually air in this slot; however, there is a good chance that it will as it will be one of the final opportunities to air on the network before WrestleMania XXIV. It is interesting to note that the special will go head-to-head with hour one of the first ever live episode of TNA Impact on Spike TV.

From Ben Kerin: Announced during the UK Broadcast of Smackdown! WWE and SKY will be airing special Diva programme called ” WWE Diva Diaries” – The programme will give us in insight into the WWE Diva home life. The programme will broadcast on SKY SPORTS 3, 25TH March – 22:00pm-0:00am (2 hours). One can only assume this is extra promotion for the WWE and Sky geared toward the Wrestlemania Weekend in the days following which is available for £14.95 on Sky Box Office.
