WWE Pulls Ric Flair From NWA Event, Big ECW Match

Ryan Clark

Ric Flair has been pulled from appearing at the June 7 NWA event in Atlanta at the Phillips Arena. Flair will still be inducted into the NWA Hall of Fame, but won’t be at the show to accept it. WWE made the call to pull Flair from the event.

John Morrison and The Miz will be defending the WWE Tag Team Titles on next week’s ECW on Sci Fi. Opponents haven’t been named yet, but Kane and CM Punk appear to be the logical choices at this point.

Devin Cutting sent this in: The Score in Canada will be airing the 3-hour draft edition of Raw at these times:

June 23rd – 9 PM to Midnight (ET)

Late June 23rd/Early June 24th – Midnight to 3 AM (ET)

June 24th – 4 PM to 7 PM (ET)

The steroid documentary Bigger, Stronger, Faster by former WWE creative team member Chris Bell earned $31,576 in limited release over the weekend.

On a side note, I just want to let all of you know that I removed the majority of popups on my ProWrestlingSCOOPS.com website. Hopefully you’ll give it a second look now that is it much easier to browse. Thanks for your support as always.
