Brother Devon worked a match at TNA’s television tapings this week, despite suffering an ankle injury at Sunday’s pay per view. The injury turned out to be minor, although it was initially thought to be an Achilles tendon injury or a severe ankle sprain. For those that missed Impact! last night, Devon worked in a non-wrestling role, so his match should take place next Thursday.
There are rumors that Savio Vega may be joining TNA as a road agent since Scott D’Amore is leaving this month. However, this has not been confirmed by company officials and outside of the internet reports, the boys backstage haven’t heard much on the subject either. Vega has a longstanding relationship with Dutch Mantel so the choice would make sense, but it is not confirmed at this point. We’ll keep you updated on this matter as soon as we know for sure.
