Hogans Know Worst When It Comes To Real Estate

In the seemingly never ending saga of Hogan v. Hogan (the Hulk v. Linda “divorce”), a Nevada judge has sided with Hulk. But in name only.

Prior to the divorce filing, the happy couple plunked down $840,000 as a down payment on a $4,200,000 condominium. When the pair split, Hulk wanted the money back while Linda wanted the deal the close.

The presiding judge said Hulk was the winner, however, the owner will only refund $200,000 of $840,000 due to what is known as “liquidated damages.” The balance will be retained by the owner (who still owns the condo).

No word on if (or when) the Hogan’s will fight over the $200,000.
