In an interview on “Between the Ropes,” former WWE Champion Edge discussed many topics including his recent hiatus from the company stating that, “I needed to kind of just get a break and kind of step back from the 120 mile per hour pace and lifestyle for a little bit…I actually asked for it. Nobody has to force me to take time off…I’m at the point now where I think here and there it’s a good idea…I don’t want to get burned out on it. I don’t want to just call it in. I never want to get to that point, not that I was, but I was getting tired.” You can listen to the full interview at betweentheropes.com
