Cryme Tyme Segment Panned, SSlam 2008 Buyrate Comes In Low

Although it sounded to me like there were some funny things being said, the general backstage feeling about the Cryme Tyme/Miz Morrison commentary battle last night was that it did not go over as well as planned. The two sides could noly be heard through the constant overlapping and shouting that was taking place, and in the end creative felt that the bickering stole too much from the Kelly Kelly vs Jillian match.

The buyrate for WWEâs 2008 SummerSlam pay-per-view is in and itâs probably not sitting well with Vince McMahon and other WWE officials. The show did 465,000 buys, which is about 270,000 in North America. That compares to 537,000 buys for the 2007 SummerSlam and 529,000 buys for the 2006 SummerSlam. 2008âs event featured John Cena vs. Batista and Edge vs. The Undertaker in Hell in a Cell, the 2007 show featured John Cena vs. Randy Orton and the return of Triple H vs. Booker T while the 2006 SummerSlam featured Edge vs. John Cena and DX vs. Vince and Shane McMahon.

Nick was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and lived there until the age of 18, when he decided to pack his flack jacket and move to New York City.

Nick attended New York University and graduated in 2001 with a degree in Drama.

Nick first entered the internet wrestling community back in 2004 when he became the co-host of The Voice of Wrestling Radio Show. From there, Nick made the transition from radio personality to editor when he began working with WrestleZone in 2008.

Nick is a member of two Off-Broadway theatre companies, Another Urban Riff, and the Drama Desk Award winning Godlight Theatre Company. Nick has appeared in over a dozen Off-Broadway plays since he moved to New York City, and has shot several short and feature length films. In 2010, he completed principle photography on a film titled "How to Score Your Life," which also features TNA Knockout ODB.

Inspiration in his life has come from many people including his family, Woody Allen, Steven Spielberg, Jack Nicholson, The Beatles, and of course, Lassie.
