The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that all industry estimates for the new “TNA Impact!” video game is that it underperformed based on expectations. Publicly, TNA will say it was successful. However, those within the industry say they wouldn’t be happy with the early estimates of the game selling 100,000 copies in North America and 200,000 worldwide. If those numbers are accurate then it would not be a successful launch of what was hoped to be a franchise product. More accurate numbers aren’t expected to be released until the end of the month, but it is not expected to be figured into the top 50 sellers in the U.S.
