It’s been a while since my last update but I’m an optimist, and I try to believe that people will do the right thing, but in the case of some promoters, not so much.
Ian Rotten stills owes David Taylor, and has made no effort to send him anything. Haven’t heard from TNA but I’m betting he’s not made any payments there either.
West Virginia promoter Dennis “Shady” Richardson, as we recall owes money to Chris Masters, ODB, Angelina Love, Elix Skipper, & Kevin Matthews at least. Recently he posted a BLOG about this on his myspace site:

In the blog, which is pasted below exactly as it was written, he attempts to defend his actions, and his failure to pay. He says he will not be “THREATENED, TALKED ABOUT, DISRESPECTED THEN PAY ANYTHING TO ANYBODY”, which is obvious as when he fails to pay as in the case of Masters, Love & ODB and they are still waiting for money at 4AM, with the show over long before, and they confront him for that money, it is then clearly their bad not his. How dare they expect to be paid at the show when that is the usual and normal way responsible promoters pay.
So now Shady’s excuse for not paying is that he was confronted or as he says “”THREATENED, TALKED ABOUT, DISRESPECTED” about not paying what he promised. His bad he disd not pay, but their fault for asking he seems to believe.
How he can go through life believing his position is right is amazing.
And BTW, Shady, yes you have “Stiffed” wrestlers. You admit as much in your blog.

ADDRESSING THE BIG MOUTHS
I JUST WANTED TO THANK EVERYONE FOR THERE POSITIVE INPUT OVER THE LAST MONTH. PEOPLE LIKE MR. BILL BERHENS CAN POST WHATEVER THEY LIKE ON THE INTERNET SITES, BUT IF U WERE NOT ACTUALLY THERE U SHOULDNT BE TALKING ABOUT IT CAUSE ITS ONE SIDED. ANYWAY IVE PROMOTED SHOWS FOR TEN YEARS AND BEEN VERY SUCESSFUL BUT HAVE HAD ALOT OF RUFF TIMES ALONG THE WAY. I HAVE HAD MANY TOP NAMES AND EVEN BEEN BOOKING AGENT TO GUYS LIKE LEX LUGER, BUT ONE THING I WILL NOT DO IS BE THREATENED, TALKED ABOUT, DISRESPECTED THEN PAY ANYTHING TO ANYBODY, I HAVE NEVER STIFFED ANYONE BUT WHEN DRUNK PEOPLE TRY TO DO BUSINESS AT 4 AM THEN CURSE ME AND ETC AND WE AGREED TO WRAP UP BUSINESS THE NEXT MORNING THEN THEY CAUSE A SCENE AND JUST LEAVE WHEN I HAD EACH OF THEM A ROOM AT A NICE HOTEL, THATS THEIR STUPIDITY. SO MR BILL, BEFORE U DOG ME , KNOW THE WHOLE TRUTH OLD MAN AND STOP ACTING LIKE A CHILDISH PEICE OF CRAP. IVE WAITED A MONTH TO RESPOND AND JUST SAY ITS REAL COOL TO HIDE BEHIND A COMPUTER AND TALK ABOUT PEOPLE LIKE BILL AND ELIX SKIPPER WHO WAS PAID HIS MONEY IN FULL $400 BUCKS BUT LAST MIN SAID I OWED HIM 300 FOR TRAVEL. HEY PAUL MR VIDEO GUY, U R ANOTHER CRAPPY LIL MAN WHO HIDES BEHIND A COMPUTER I CALLED U FIFTY TIMES LAST SUMMER AND U NEVER RESPONDED, SO I TRIED REACHING U. AND LAST BUT NOT LEAS KEVIN “IM A BIG GOOF ” MATTHEWS BRO U SHOULD KNOW BETTER THAN TALK BOUT ME AFTER EVERYTHING IVE DONE FOR U OVER THE YEARS, BUT ITS OK I KNOW UR JUST PLANE STUPID AND DONT REALLY KNOW ANY BETTER.
