Update on Batista: Will He Appear at Wrestlemania?

BatistaAccording to www.Demon-Wrestling.com, the official website representing Dave Batista, is reporting that The Animal will indeed be missing Wrestlemania this year as he will NOT be medically cleared to return to the ring in time for the event.  There was a small amount of hope on WWE’s part that Batista would be able to wrestle on the super-card, however, according to the following statement it appears as if he will indeed not be appearing on the show:

Dave’s recovery is going very well. He’s in the gym twice a day but being very cautious.

Looking forward to coming back as soon as he’s able.

Doubtful he’ll be cleared before 5-6 months but he’ll be back stronger and better than ever.

Inspiration in his life has come from many people including his family, Woody Allen, Steven Spielberg, Jack Nicholson, The Beatles, and of course, Lassie.
