Kaleb O’Neal (Patrick Brink) was released from developmental effective today. I’m told in December he got heat because he added some tattoos on his forearms which when under WWE contract you need their permission to do. He was fined $1,000 and suspended for one week. But because he was making $500 per week after the fine he started struggling financially. He told the office about his money problems and was given a pay rise to $750. However this past week he was late to an appointment for physical therapy that WWE was also paying for and when word got back to the office they basically told him his recent behaviour was unacceptable and they were letting him go.
Also, don’t be surprised if TNA decides not to renew several more contracts that are coming up for renewal. Petey Williams and Sonjay Dutt were both set to be renewed until TNA decided it needed to do some cost cutting, and I’m betting that continues as contracts come up for reenewal, and in other areas like house show budgets.
