AT RANDOM: Chris Cash Looks At Last Night’s Edition Of Raw

Chris Cash’s Actual Serious Final Thought:

I love Mr. Kennedy, but even his return can’t save what was otherwise a very stale, uneventful Raw.  I doubt the ratings are going to do much seeinghow the only thing I could see people sticking around for would be the mystery partner in the main event.  However, they had Kennedy come out midway through the show and unfortunately, his return to the ring may not be enough to keep those that were tuning in only for that round until the end of the show.

Raw wasn’t that good tonight, but what do you expect?  They have the exact same card so far for “Extreme Rules” as they had for the last pay per view!  In theory, I understand their logic.  The entire pay per view is a gimmick that should stand on its own with the extreme make-up, regardless of who’s in the matches, but even if that is true, you still have weeks of free television that is building to a pay per view with the same lineup as the last one.   We’re not seeing the steel cage, ladder, and submission matches on Raw and Smackdown.  We’re getting the same build-up practically (add Flair) as we did a month ago and unless they do something out of the ordinary and unexpected on one of these shows, the only time we’ll be interested is either Sunday night for the pay per view (if you watch them) or the Monday afterward to see the results.

In conclusion, WWE’s PG rating sucks.
