And in a related story:

I received an e-mail from a wrestlezone.com reader who read my “Shady” reports and he sent the following info to me.

In the Friday, July 10, edition of the Virginian Review under Alleghany County Circuit Court cases under may 20th 2009 hearings.

Dennis Wayne Richardson of Covington, VA. was sentenced on two misdemeanor counts of obtaining money under false pretense. the offense dates were April 20th 2007 and may 14th 2007. Richardson was originally charged with intent to defraud and a felony count of obtaining money under false pretense. he plead guilty November 17th 2008 after reaching a plea agreement with the Commonwealth. Richardson was sentenced to120 days in jail, suspended, and assessed $1,622.94 costs. He was ordered to pay $3,000 restitution. The court took a third charge of obtaining money under false pretense under advisement.

And so it goes.
