Additional Info On Last Thursday’s TNA iMPACT Rating

Source:  AC Nielsen Media Research

As previously reported TNA iMPACT on Thursdayt 7-30 each a 1,3 Nielsen Cable Rating On Spike TV delivering an average 1.8 million viewers

Quarter hour breakdown was:

1.39

1.21

1.22

1.35

1.34

1.26

1.35

Some may interpret the opening high rating as reflecting strength to the opening backstage vignette with the MEM then the in ring with the MEM, Lashley & Foley, but the fairly large drop-off into the second quarter hour that featured Samoa Joe vs Hernandez is more likely a result of folk turning from iMPACT during the first segment than rejection of the second segment.   The larger rating would be acheived by the audience that started with the show staying for at least 5 minutes or so.  By the time the segment ended a .17 drop had already occurred.   The audience returned in the second half of the show, and satay fairly consistent.
