In-Ring Segment: Sgt. Slaughter

Some weird music hits and out comes tonight’s RAW guest host Sgt. Slaughter. Slaughter babyfaces early, saying he’s proud to be among all these great Canadians. Slaughter says his first order of business is to lead the whole arena in a salute of the Canadian flag. A giant Canadian flag appears on the titantron, which is quickly covered up by a red-X. The crowd boo’s as Slaughter starts his heel run. Slaughter talks about some negative Canadian history. He talks about how Canadians take the United States’ protection for granted. Slaughter says he demands each and everyone in the arena to stand up right now, place their right hand over their hearts and pay respect to the greatest country in the world, as a giant U.S. flag appears on the titantron. Slaughter starts reciting the Pledge Of Allegience. Slaughter’s weird music hits and he tells us we’re dismissed. Typical stuff.

HHH’s Texas Search, HBK’s New Profession

-Cole and Lawler recap the history of Legacy and HHH/HBK. A video package airs. We return live from the video and Cole mentions that HHH is in Texas tonight in search of his "long, lost tag partner" Shawn Michaels. They said they’ve also heard HBK has taken on a new profession, which we’ll see footage of later tonight on RAW.

Jack Swagger vs. Evan Bourne

Pretty good match here. Bourne gets a lot of big offense in, and a lot of near pinfalls. In the end, Swagger basically got sick of Bourne coming close to winning and gut-wrench powerbomb’d him for the easy pin.

Winner: Jack Swagger

After The Match: Swagger & MVP

Swagger gets on the mic and says no one can stop the all American, American. MVP’s music hits and out he comes. He says Swagger always reminds people he’s a two-time former all American wrestling. He says certainly these Canadians here in Calgary don’t care he’s an all-American. He says they don’t boo him because he’s an American, they boo him because he’s an egotistical guy with a lisp. MVP says he can beat Swagger and challenges him to a match later tonight. Swagger says maybe…next week. MVP pushes Swagger flat on his ass. "MVP" chant from the crowd. Swagger rolls out of the ring and walks away.
